On the afternoon of April 3, 2020 at 4:30 pm, in order to commend outstanding employees in the skills competition, enhance the sense of honor and ceremony of the winners, encourage employees to learn from employees with excellent skills, and take them as role models, the company held the 2019 machining worker skills training and testing award ceremony using the metalworking workshop workshop after class meeting. Mr. Zhou Kangkang, the company’s general manager, personally attended the award ceremony for the winners. In order to effectively improve the theoretical and practical operational skills of employees, enhance their quality awareness, technical literacy, equipment operation and other comprehensive professional qualities, the company began preparing for machining personnel skills training in October 2019, which will be carried out in two phases. The first lesson will start on November 25, 2019, and will be completed by December 16, 2019 according to the plan. Divided into three papers, A, B, and C, on January 3, 2020, the final exam ended and all training courses were successfully completed. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the training award ceremony has been postponed until today. Mr. Zhou Kangkang, the general manager, presented honor certificates and bonuses to employee Yang Tingdong, who won the first prize. The managers of the technical department, process equipment department, and quality department presented honor certificates and bonuses to five employees including Wei Lian, who won the second prize. The workshop directors awarded honor certificates and bonuses to six employees including Zhu Shanxi, who won the third prize. Vice General Manager Xu Gangqiang presided over the award ceremony and read out the commendation notice.
