Zhejiang Boxing Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. , is founded in 1995s.Its fixed asset is 17 million US dollars, and the floor space is 30,000 square meters . Located in Jinhua City of Zhejiang Province, The coporation has 160 employees , Including 8 senior engineers / associate professors of engineering , and, 24 quality team members. The factory specializes in developing and manufacturing a variety of precision parts such as camshafts, rotor shafts , gears , as well as castings, stainless steel strip,CNC high-precision external grinder , CNC external contour grinding machines. The sales revenue in 2023 amounted to 100 million US dollars.

Castings: an automatic horizantal molding line with annually making castings of 8000 in tonnages , ductile iron , Grey cast iron and chilled cast iron are casted, which are perfectly used as raw material of machining parts.
Machining workshop and production lines: 12 automatic production lines equipped with robotic arms ,Together with 1 assembly line, the average capacity of one line can meet to 600,000 pcs per year.
Cold roller mill: after full annealing heat treament , 50,000 tons thinner stainless steel strips are available yearly with material No 201 and 304.
Mechinery development: It is designing and developing highly precise external grinders and CNC external contour grinding machines . and 200 sets of these equipments can be accomplished annually.

History

1995

Four Star Company was established in Yongkang, China, producing motorcycle camshafts and establishing two camshaft production lines.

1998

Four star company has become a well-known camshaft R&D and manufacturing enterprise in China, and has been honored as one of the top 100 taxpayers in Yongkang city.

2000

Establish and put into operation a universal gasoline engine camshaft production line, improve equipment, and adopt advanced production processes.

2002

Successfully developed the first automotive engine camshaft MR479Q in collaboration with Meiri automotive companies.

2003

Entered the supply system of world-renowned general machine manufacturing companies such as Briggs&Stratton, Generac, and Fuji in the United States.

2008

On the basis of Zhejiang Four Star Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Boxing Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was established in Jinhua, China. The main business of camshafts was relocated to No. 1188 Meihe Road, Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone, a national level development zone, for technological transformation.

2009

Zhejiang Boxing vigorously innovates, introduces advanced production equipment, establishes an automatic vertical molding line, and purchases Toyota’s specialized cam grinding CNC equipment.

2011

Zhejiang Boxing has been recognized as a technology-based enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

2012

Zhejiang Boxing vigorously develops the automotive engine matching market and some large-scale after-sales markets. The research and development project of the manufacturing process for automotive engine cold shock camshafts has been listed as a key technological innovation project in Zhejiang Province. Initiate the FOURTSTAR fully CNC camshaft grinding machine research and development project, and make sufficient preparations for the independent production of key process equipment.

2013

Zhejiang Boxing has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.

2014

Zhejiang Boxing’s annual sales have exceeded 200 million yuan for the first time, and a provincial-level camshaft high-tech research and development center has been established based on Zhejiang Boxing. The “Four Star” camshaft trademark under Zhejiang Boxing has been recognized as a famous trademark in Jinhua City.

2015

Zhejiang Boxing has entered the field of research and development of camshafts for electronic fuel injection oil pumps, becoming a leading camshaft supplier for domestic industry enterprises. The research and development project of FOURTSTAR fully CNC camshaft grinder has made breakthrough progress, and the key process equipment fully CNC camshaft grinder has achieved the goal of independent design, independent development, independent production, and batch supply.

2016

Zhejiang Boxing has been rated as one of the top ten high growth benchmark enterprises in Jinhua by the Jinhua Municipal People’s Government, and its camshaft products have been rated as Jinhua Famous Brand Products.

2018

Zhejiang Boxing has invested heavily in implementing the integration project of industrialization and informatization. The independently developed 1 # automated intelligent manufacturing networked production line has been officially put into operation and has been recognized as a demonstration enterprise for machine replacement. The enterprise’s intelligent manufacturing level has made new progress. Zhejiang Boxing has been rated as one of the top ten enterprises in terms of economic density in Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone; The camshaft product has been recognized as a Zhejiang famous brand product.

2019

Zhejiang Boxing undertakes the key technology and industrial application of the intelligent manufacturing production line for high-speed, high-precision, and wear-resistant camshafts, a key research and development project of Zhejiang Province. The enterprise has undertaken a major provincial science and technology project for the first time, marking a new breakthrough in its scientific and technological innovation capabilities.

2020

Zhejiang Boxing Research Institute has been recognized as a provincial-level enterprise research institute in Zhejiang Province, and its technological innovation capability and scientific research foundation have been effectively improved.

2021

The technology achievement independently developed by Zhejiang Boxing, “CNC Self Sensing High Speed Precision Camshaft Grinding Machine (BXM-GMC30)”, has been recognized as the first (set) product in Zhejiang Province; The enterprise technology center has been recognized as a provincial-level enterprise technology center in Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Boxing has been rated as a major taxpayer with over ten million yuan in Jinhua City.

2022

Zhejiang Boxing has been recognized as a national specialized and innovative “little giant” enterprise, with its annual sales exceeding 780 million yuan for the first time. Zhejiang Boxing has been rated as a taxpayer with over 10 million yuan in Jinhua City.

2023

The scientific and technological achievement independently developed by Zhejiang Boxing, “Key Technologies for High Performance Camshaft Manufacturing, Processing Equipment, and Industrial Applications,” won the third prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2022. The technological achievement “High speed, high-precision, intelligent manufacturing production line for high-performance camshafts” has been recognized as the first (set) product in Zhejiang Province. The holding subsidiary Zhejiang Gaohe Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, and the enterprise officially transformed and developed towards high-end intelligent equipment.

2024

The technology achievement independently developed by the enterprise, “Key Technologies and Applications for Manufacturing Complex Profile Camshafts with High Performance, High Precision, and High Reliability,” won the second prize of the Innovation Award of the China Invention and Entrepreneurship Award. The Thai manufacturing base – Thai Boxing (Industry) Co., Ltd. has been grandly put into operation in the CP Guangxi Construction Industrial Park (CPGC) in Rayong Province, Thailand. The establishment and opening of the Thai manufacturing base is another important milestone in our global layout, marking Boxing’s ability to better provide higher quality products and services to global customers.
