From July to August 2020, the company held two skill competitions, namely the Electrical Automation and PLC Control Skills Competition and the CAD Drawing and Numerical Control Programming Technology Competition. The winners of the competitions have been determined. In order to encourage employees to improve their skills, enhance their professional quality, recognize outstanding employees in the skills competition, increase the sense of honor and ceremony of the winners, and encourage employees to learn from employees with excellent skills, the company held the 2020 Electrical Automation and PLC Control Skills Competition and CAD Drawing and Numerical Control Programming Technology Skills Competition award ceremony using the metalworking workshop after class meeting as a learning example. General Manager Zhou Kangkang and Chairman Zhou Wangping personally attended the award ceremony for the winners.

The CAD Drawing and Numerical Control Programming Technology Training and Skills Competition is organized by Jinhua Technician College and has received strong support from relevant leaders and teachers of Jinhua Technician College. The training and competition on electrical automation and PLC control skills are taught by Professor Lu Pinglan and guided by Professor Zhang Xinna from China University of Metrology. After the award ceremony, Mr. Zhou Wangping, Chairman, and Mr. Zhou Kangkang, General Manager, delivered speeches respectively, congratulating all the winners and hoping that the employees in various departments and workshops would take these employees as role models, focus on their own work, love their jobs, study seriously, and strive to be leaders in technical skills in the new era, strive to improve their professional quality, and make greater contributions to the rapid development of the company.
