On August 25th and 30th, 2011, the company held a special training on strengthening 5S on-site management, which was taught by Chairman Zhou Wangping of the company. More than 110 middle-level and above management cadres, quality, technical, tooling, equipment management, and statistical backbone personnel, as well as all reserve cadres of the company, participated in this training.

Starting from the five S’s of 5S management, Chairman Zhou explained in detail the significance and concept of 5S on-site management, the basic points and steps of promoting 5S management, as well as the methods and techniques of 5S on-site management, from the definition origin to practical tools, from management concepts to management methods. The training adopts a combination of theory and practice, using typical case analysis, image display and other methods to concretize and visualize abstract theories, making them easy to understand. It vividly teaches the company how to implement 5S management in stages, laying the foundation for the company to comprehensively improve on-site management in the next step.
